I joined some Flickr folks on a wee A2 safari today. Nothing spectacular - just a walk around Ann Arbor with some cameras and various pics. Got a few that I like - though my fondness for high contrast images may be getting a little out of hand
high contrast is the refuge of the weak... i should know... i give all my clients a dose of it, it's the easiest way to make them go wow for no sensible reason ;p
i think you're losing too much detail though.. there is a better way he said crytically...
